This course is beneficial for those who would like to know more about how people learn and about how to get the best out of workers or students. The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment provides competency to deliver quality competency based training and assessment.

The course qualifies people to train and assess in colleges, training companies, registered training organisations or workplaces where vocational education and training is used.This course has replaced the now superseded TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. This course is sure to get you enthusiastic about training and working with others.
